The Property's History
After being drawn to the Low Country for years, Kristin & Dan made the move and purchased Flyway Point in 2016. The last 3 years were spent developing the land, building ponds, the barn, and completing their home in 2020. The family considers it a blessing to acquire the land and hope to give others the opportunity to enjoy this incredible place.
The Owners
Two outdoor enthusiasts who found their dream property here in the Low Country. Dan is an avid hunter, fisherman, and all around outdoorsman. While outdoorsy, adventure seeking, Kristin enjoys all the beauty that nature has to offer and the occasional hunting and fishing trip too!
The hope is that Flyway Point offers the Low Country a place where nature, elevated events, and play merge.

Pockets Full of Sunshine
Kristin has a soft spot for any organization dedicated to helping better the lives of these wonderful individuals. In the future she hopes that Flyway Point can host more events for Pockets Full of Sunshine and similar organizations. Her dream is to one day have handicap accessible tree houses so that everyone can enjoy the peace and fun activities around the pond.
